It's got straps to hold it in place - I step into them and then secure them around my thighs and waist. That keeps the vibrating butterfly securely on my clit! I give the remote to my partner and he loves being in control of the intensity of the vibrations. We've even taken it on some long road trips (I wasn't driving!) to make them more interesting!
