Smartballs

I've recently had a baby so my favorite sex toy of the moment is my smartballs - I'm using them to get my pelvic floor muscles back into shape, I just wear them for an hour or so whilst Henry is asleep - the jingling sensation is a bonus!

Wow it's been a while since I was last on here!! I don't really know how to describe them, they're like two silicone balls that you put inside you that jiggle around because inside those there are some metal balls - all feels nice and they strenghten your pelvic floor muscles at the same time. I think guys can use them too for a bit of bottom play!

I have a set too-they're great! Mainly bought them just to see what they are like, but using them regularly has really made a difference to my pelvic floor muscles (which makes a big difference during sex!). I am doing long distance and find that when my man is coming to visit I put them in for awhile before he arrives-the sensation of them moving as well as having something inside of me while I'm just mucking about the house gets me so excited that when he arrives I literally jump on him
