My partner loves ummm well anal sex and I was wondering two things, Firstly in terms of safety is it the same risks as normal sex, by this I mean if both partners are clean you cannot catch an STD? Understand if you were having casual sex you should always wear a condom but if it is with a long term partner is it fine not to wear a condom? Hmmm, fully understand where your wife's head is at... it is a tough one really.
