thanks for sharing. aside from the physical aspect, is there anything else you enjoy about one night stands?

I enjoy being with some one. But find it difficult to comitt. In the only true relationship Iv had, I cheated on him twice. So one night stands offer a better solution for me.
I also enjoyed the randomness of it all. And the places we did it. And getting to know new people.

Um well, I dont know exactly how many guys ive been with, infact i hate thinking about it. But at last count it was about 18 i think. Im almost 24YO. Alot of people think thats bad, but most of them i actually held a solid relationship with. Out of the 18, only about 4 have been one night stands. I never really got into 1NS's, i prefer to have a sex buddy...... no strings attached.... but always there to "lend a helping hand". Every 1NS i have had ended with me realising how awful it was and legging it out the door at 5am for a taxi. Heavly Intoxicated males really dont do it for me anymore and usually they cant concentrate on the task infront of them. So no more 1NS's for me. Much rather the reliable kind of booty call.

Hi, I'm back..... I did talk to my new man about my past partners.... what a conversation that was. Didn't really know how he would take it, and i thought about using the preying mantis story... but didn't
He was a bit pissed off to begin with (the exact reason why I didn't want to tell him in the first place), but he has come to understand now. He has had 5 partners to my 50 odd, so I thought maybe he just felt a bit inadequate..... you know that whole macho male thing... anyway I think we are all Ok about things now... better off my chest anyway. Lol when my current told me about how many guys she'd been with, she was worried that it made her look bad. I've only been w/ ~6 ppl and she last counted around 18? I honestly can't remember but the number is significantly greater than mine; but it didn't bother me one bit.

I would agree w/ your thinking of his reaction. Most guys I've spoken to, over a few beers, don't like being w/ a chick who has scored more times than them. Sometimes I think they should get over it lol, but that is in my ever so humble opinion and may not necessarily represent the views and expressions of any corporation, its affiliates, agents or employees.

Whether you are looking for a one night stand or something I little more serious, you should try online dating (like flirtfair.co.nz). I have found that it is SO much easier than traditional dating. At least this way everyone is upfront and honest about what they want from you!
